Calleigh M. McRaith is an Associate Attorney with Wilson Law Group, where she practices immigration law. Calleigh earned her law degree at the University of Virginia and clerked for Justice G. Barry Anderson of the Minnesota Supreme Court following graduation.

Prior to joining Wilson Law Group, Calleigh served as an Attorney Advisor at the immigration court in Fort Snelling, Minnesota as part of the U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program. In this position, Calleigh assisted the immigration judges on a variety of matters, including contested charges of removability, asylum and cancellation of removal applications, and determining the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Calleigh also has experience working with clients on a full range of immigration matters, including non-immigrant visas (B-1, E-2, F-1, H-1B, K-1, L-1A, L-1B, R-1, and dependents for all categories), employment-based immigrant visas (EB-1(1), EB-1(2), EB-2, and EB-3, including PERM labor certifications), family-based immigrant visas, DACA applications, naturalization applications, and derivative citizenship issues.

Calleigh has worked extensively on issues relating to violence against women, including serving as a research assistant to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Violence against Women and conducting field research on sexual assault in post-earthquake displacement camps in Haiti and on the implementation of domestic violence laws in Mongolia. Calleigh utilizes these experiences in her current work on gender-based asylum claims, including applications based on domestic violence, and VAWA petitions. Calleigh has also spent time in Northern Ireland, South Africa, and Sri Lanka working on post-conflict human rights issues.
