Danielle Oxendine Molliver is a bilingual  Associate Attorney with Wilson Law Group where she practices immigration law. Danielle is a proud member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina.  Before joining Wilson Law Group, Danielle worked as a law clerk and eventual attorney for Swanson, Drobnick and Tousey, a firm which specializes in Federal Indian law, criminal defense, and family law. While in law school, Danielle served as a student attorney for the Ramsey County Attorney's Office in the Civil Division/Child Protection where she represented the County and worked to improve the safety and welfare of children while ensuring all participants receive due process and a just outcome that serves children's best interests. She was also a student attorney for the Innocence Project MN which represents clients with wrongful convictions. Danielle has also served as a legal and court interpreter for Spanish-speakers in Dakota County. Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline Law School.  She is trained in Federal Indian law, immigration, criminal defense, business and family law. Danielle has lived abroad including Spain, Peru, and Mexico. Danielle has extensive volunteer experience and worked as a community advocate for over ten years educating the community about immigration and the criminal justice system.
