Kelsey Allen is an Associate Attorney with Wilson Law Group, where she practices immigration law. Kelsey earned her law degree at the University of St. Thomas, where she participated in the William E. McGee Civil Rights Moot Court and was a certified student attorney at St. Thomas’ Immigration Law Practice Group Clinic. There, she represented clients seeking asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and U visas. While in law school, Kelsey interned at the Department of Homeland Security – Office of Chief Counsel as a student attorney, where she gained experience in various aspects of removal proceedings, such as bond hearings and cancellation of removal.
Prior to joining Wilson Law Group, Kelsey worked at a law firm in St. Paul, with a focus on immigration law – including removal defense, family-based immigrant visas and naturalization applications. Kelsey has experience representing individuals pro bono through the Advocates for Human Rights.
Kelsey graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point cum laude with a major in Spanish and minor in Political Science. While in college, Kelsey studied abroad in Oaxaca, Mexico.
