Xue Xiong is a Minnesota native, born and raised.  He is the son of two Hmong immigrants who came to the U.S. as refugees from Laos.  Xue works on family-based petitions, naturalization applications, and consular processing.  Coming from a family of immigrants, Xue is able to relate to his clients and knows the importance of being able to reunite family members that are separated abroad.  He has interned for various non-profits to help serve under-resourced and under-represented communities.  Xue’s prior work at Breakthrough Twin Cities, a non-profit college preparatory program that serves students of first generation, BIPOC, low-income households and that come from immigrant families, inspired him to further his work in helping to build a system that gives the support needed for these families and communities.  In his spare time, he enjoys being out in nature and exploring the outdoors.  He also loves to spend his time with family and friends whether, cooking meals or visiting new spots in Minnesota.
